Service Technician
Department: Service 
Reports to: Service Manager 

 

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

 

Under general direction of the Service Department Supervisor, the Service Technician will be responsible for providing effective and efficient service to our saws.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Work order processing

  • Machine inspection

  • Telephone and field service support

  • Warranty issue solving

  • Report product quality and service feedback

  • CPC (Cosen Predictive Computing) product installation and support

  • Sales support ( tradeshows, demonstrations, application and testing)

  • Work may include traveling 1 to 2 times per month for install or service call

  • Machine installations and training of operators

  • Use manuals to support parts sales and inventory

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Bandsaw background

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
